President Wang Delu, general secretary of China-ASEAN Science Technology and Innovation Policy Research Center(CASTIP) attended the 2nd Thailand-China Joint Committee Meeting on Science and Technology Cooperation between the Ministry of Science and Technology of Thailand and the Ministry of Science and Technology of P.R.C. in March, 2015 in Chiang Mai. President Wang, Mrs. Zhao Mulan and the team visited Cambodia and Vietnam after the meeting.
President Wang Delu, general secretary of CASTIP visited Ministry of Industry and Handicraft of Cambodia in Phnom Penh on March 5th, 2015. Dr. Tung Ciny, the chairman of Cambodian Science and Technology Commission discussed Cambodia-China science technology policy collaboration with Mr. Wang Delu and reached agreement on China-Cambodia Start-up Workshop.
President Wang Delu visited Vietnam National Institute for Science Technology Policy and Strategy Studies (NISTPASS) and Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park in Hanoi on 9th March, 2015. The visit was aimed at expanding China-ASEAN STI policy research network. Two parties discussed about the potential cooperation on science parks between China and Vietnam.
