The  Forum on Cooperation with the Developing Countries to co-build Science  and Technology Parks, which hosted by Department of International  Cooperation, Ministry of Science & Technology of PRC, and held by  GEI, was opened on April 2, 2015. CHEN Linhao, the Deputy  Director-General of Department of International Cooperation and other  leaders and experts from Torch Center, China key hign-tech zones and  China Development Zone Association attended the forum. The President of  GEI, WANG Delu and the General Manager WU Wensheng also attended the  forum. President WANG talked aboutthe importance of co-building Science  and Technology Parks with developing countries from the angle of  high-end linkand radiation.
