President Wang Delu visited Bangalore

  President Wang Delu led a team of four visited Bangalore, Varanasi and Delhi in India from 23rd May to 2nd June, 2015.

  Mr.  Wang was invited by European Research Network of Science and Technology  History in China and India to give a lecture about Chinese experience  of science and technology park development at Indian Institute of  Sciences on 25th May. Audiences and Mr. Wang had lively discussion over  the given topics at the lecture. 

  On 26th, president Wang visited Karnataka Udyog Mitraa government organization for industry investment, Karnataka State Financial CorporationKarnataka  State Electronic Development Corporation and Bangalore Electronic City.  The visited organizations all expressed the willingness of  strenghtening cooperation with China. Bangalore Erin Consultants  proposed to build strategic partnership with GEI (Beijing Great wall  Enterprise Insitute). A seminar with Indian young start-up founders was  organized at Erin Consultants after the visits. Mr. Wang communicated  with Indian talents at the seminar. 

  Mr.  Wang and his team went to historical city Varanasi after Bangalore, in  order to enhance understanding of Indian culture and history. On June  1st, Mr. Wang arrived in Delhi and visited Chinese Embassy in India. Mr.  Wang and Technology Counsellor Wen Jun discussed about the current  situation of China-India science and technology cooperation. They have  agreed that China and India, as two fast growing developing countries,  will have large demand and huge potential for S&T cooperation in the  future.
