On June 14, 2017, the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology invited Mr. Wu Wensheng, general manager of Greatwall Enterprise Institute ( GEI ), to attend the "First Sino-Russia Innovation Dialogue" held in Beijing and gave a speech entitled "Development and Experience of National Hi-tech Zones and Indigenous Innovation Zones of China"

The innovative dialogue between China and Russia was jointly organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The dialogue also includes such projects as the matchmaking meeting of small, medium and large technology enterprises between China and Russia, the meeting of China-Russia innovation and cooperation coordinators, and other events.

GEI has provided consulting support to the development of high-tech zones in China for many years and has made rich research and business experience. In the future, GEI will further develop its function as a think tank to contribute to the internationalization and opening-up cooperation of high-tech zones in China.
