November 8th, 2019 - the "2019 Chongqing Unicorn Corporations Summit" was hosted by Chongqing Municipal Government, and co-organized by Chongqing Academy of Science and Technology, Greatwall Strategy Consultants, and Chongqing Academy of S&T for Development. Representatives of nearly 30 Unicorn companies and potential Unicorn companies, public sector partners in interest, and representatives of high-growth enterprises and investment institutions in Chongqing attended the meeting. Mr. Wu Wensheng（General Manager of GEI），Mr. Huang Bo（Deputy General Manager of GEI）、Mr. Zhou Tao（Partner of GEI and Director of Chengdu Business Center) attended the Summit.  

The speech delivered by Mr. Wu Wensheng was "New Economy, New Entrepreneurship", and he made three suggestions for attracting and fostering unicorns in Chongqing: First, the government and Unicorn companies carry out collaborative innovation to provide enterprises with opportunities for exploration. Second, carry out a high-growth enterprises cultivation plan, cultivate potential enterprises and accumulate talents.Third, further open up and attract more international talents to start business and participate in innovation in Chongqing. Mr. Huang Bo later chaired the high-end dialogue session of “Scenario Innovation Empowering the New Economy”.
