St. Petersburg State University has signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with GEI and officially joined the Community of International Science-Industry Parks (CISIP). Under this framework, the two sides will promote the park construction, achievement transformation and product promotion of St. Petersburg University Science and Technology Park. and carry out joint research, discussion, training and other cooperation around the theme of science and technology park, incubator, technology innovation policy and innovation service. St. Petersburg State University is the first university in Russia, founded in 1724. It is a world-famous public research university and one of the top universities in Russia. GEI will promote cooperation with St. Petersburg state university through CISIP, focusing on the construction and development of science and technology parks and the cultivation of enterprise. The cooperation aims to strengthen the connection of innovation resources between Russian and China for a win-win goal.
