The "Belt and Road" Science and Technology Park International Workshop, hosted by Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology, and organized by Greatwall Enterprise Institute (GEI), held its second stage online theoretical teaching from 19 April 2021 to 23 April 2021. The main contents include the operation practice and management experience of science and technology park sharing of industrial advantages and policy interpretation of high-tech zone.

1.On the afternoon of April 19th, tutor Zhao Mulan brought "Zhongguancun Development Overview" to the participants of the "Belt and Road" Science and Technology Park International Workshop.  The development of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park from "electronic street" to "National independent innovation demonstration zone" was introduced, and a series of promoting policies of Haidian District, Beijing city and the central government were mainly shared with the students.  At the same time, The general manager of Zhongguancun Chuangye Street, Nie Lixia, introduced to the students the support measures of Business Street for the global innovative entrepreneurs to land and develop in China, as well as the successful cases and practical experience of the existing foreign entrepreneurs in the street.  Students from all over the world have expressed their desire to recommend quality entrepreneurial projects in their own parks to the Street.

2.On the afternoon of April 20th, the international workshop of Science and Technology Park welcomed Mr. Li Jun, chairman of Beihang Science and Technology Park, to share the operation practice of university science and technology Park. Mr. Li introduced the characteristic measures and practical experience of Beihang Science and Technology Park in concept verification, business incubation, public service platform building and other aspects to students.  He also made suggestions for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in science and technology parks in Iran, Cambodia and Pakistan.  Later, Mr. Luo Bin, former CEO of Microsoft Accelerator China, introduced the operational experience and successful acceleration cases of Microsoft Accelerator in China to the students of the workshop and also gave advice to them on the incubator, accelerator operation and the promotion of entrepreneurial growth.

3.On April 21, Xiao Yadong, deputy director of science and Technology Bureau of Hefei High-tech Zone, introduced the industrial advantages, innovation system construction experience and high-end talent introduction policies of Hefei High-tech Zone, and extended an invitation to all countries to welcome scientific and technological innovation talents to work in Hefei. Science and technology Park Workshop opened the exchange stage with domestic high-tech zones.  Chen Yu, deputy director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone, introduced the industrial advantages, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and policy advantages of the Zone as a pilot free trade zone to the participants of the workshop. During the exchange session, Director Chen introduced the service measures for foreign enterprises and invited innovative enterprises from all over the world to settle here.

4.On the afternoon of April 22, Chen Jun, director of the Free Trade Zone Development Department of The New Economy Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, brought the basic situation of the zone and international science and technology services to the trainees.  Director Chen focused on introducing China-Europe Center of HIGH-TECH Zone, including supporting policies, international cooperation cases and settlement procedures, and inviting innovative enterprises from all countries to settle in the China-Europe Center. Afterwards, Jiang Renguo, deputy director of the Hard Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of Xi 'an High-tech Zone, introduced Xi 'an High-tech Zone to the students, Jiang introduced the hard science and technology innovation and the international channels, platforms, markets and business environment of the zone in detail, and expressed his willingness to discuss project cooperation with CEE(Central&Eastern Europe) countries along the Belt and Road in the future.

5.On the afternoon of April 23, Liu Yajie, vice general manager of Beijing Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Park, shared the management and operation practice of the park for the students in workshop. The digital operation management, science and technology innovation service and international cooperation channels of Dongsheng Science and Technology Park left a deep impression on the trainees. Students from different countries also expressed their desire for their own innovative enterprises to join the park in the future.  After that, Xing Jun, deputy director of Zibo High-tech Zone Science and Technology Industry and Information Technology Bureau, made a comprehensive introduction from the overall spatial layout of "one core, two cities and three districts" to the promotion of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship carrier, and focused on the construction process of the innovation ecological system of Zibo High-tech Zone.
